Trillium is Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cleveland!

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and reputable business services company in Cleveland as an experienced Customer Service Representative!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be answering incoming and outgoing phone call, responding via email to clients and following up on open orders. This will require extensive and computer use. The Customer Service Rep will act as a go between for clients, internal sales, shipping/delivery and more and will utilize strong multi-tasking skills and stellar communication skills.

The Customer Service Rep will work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and the starting pay range for this role will be up to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience level.
